Winners of the BRE China Awards 2021 announced
In order to comply with pandemic prevention and control, the awards ceremony strictly followed the government’s guidelines and was held as a hybrid event. For the first time, invited guests were given the opportunity to choose between attending the event on-site or virtually. The event attracted over 100 attendees attending offline, and gained tens of thousands of online unique views.
A range of key stakeholders gathered together to celebrate key achievements from BREEAM projects and project teams in Greater China. This included government leaders from China’s real estate and property management industry, domestic and foreign authoritative experts in the field of green buildings and human settlements, mainstream media reporters and other professionals.
The BRE China awards recognise the BREEAM projects and organisations that, in the view of the independent judging panel, provide the best balance between performance, replicability and innovation.
The awards cover a variety of sectors including residential, commercial and industrial as well as project types such as new construction, refurbishment and in-use.
