If your project is based in the USA, you will need to order your products from our dedicated BREEAM USA store. We have a US-based supplier who provides plaques for projects which achieve BREEAM USA certification.

Orders
BRE will receive the order, if paid by card, the order process will start, if paying by invoice, BRE will raise the invoice within 7 working days and will wait for payment.
Following payment, BRE will send a proof of the plaque to confirm the details are correct. Once proof has been accepted, we will send to our supplier who will produce the plaque and arrange delivery.
Please allow 8 weeks from receipt of full payment for delivery. Payment is required in Pound Sterling in advance, either online (card payment) or by invoice.

Payment
We accept secure credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe. Alternatively, you can request to be invoiced via the order form but please note that delivery time cannot be confirmed until we have received payment.

No. BRE Group, our suppliers and delivery partners are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges resulting from delivery to the country specified on the order form by you
Delivery
Yes. Enter the address you want to ship to in the shipping address fields at checkout. Please ensure you provide a delivery contact name and email address.
For UK delivery 10% of your order value will be added for postage and packing.
For International deliveries 20% of your order value will be added for postage and packing. This does not include taxes, custom duties or taxes.
This depends on what items you have purchased, as we use a number of different suppliers. Your items may arrive together or separately. We will aim to send out the products in as few deliveries as possible.
A BREEAM plaque or framed certificate must only be displayed on/in the building named on the plaque, and that building must have BREEAM assessment certification. Review the listings of BREEAM certifications.
