How it works

How it works

  1. Capture: Take a photo of a waste transfer note or material ticket on your phone or tablet, or upload from your desktop
  2. Extract: The AI engine reads the document — upside down, sideways, or standard orientation — and populates waste and material type, quantities, material suppliers, waste carriers, and skips
  3. Verify: Waste carrier licences and permits are checked against the Environment Agency’s public register automatically — duty of care compliance in seconds
  4. Report: Extracted data flows straight into SmartWaste for project and portfolio reporting, BREEAM evidence, and ESG disclosure
