YellowJacket: new mobile app
The new YellowJacket Mobile app is now live, replacing the existing app.
It’s faster, works through the web browser on compatible phones and tablets, and there’s nothing to download.
Why are we making this change?
Benefits:
Use it across devices: Access YellowJacket Mobile through the web browser on a compatible phone or tablet, regardless of its make or operating system.
Improved usability: A redesigned, modern interface makes the app easier and more intuitive to use.
Greater reliability: If something goes wrong, we can identify and fix it faster, helping you spend less time waiting and more time on the job.
Faster improvements: We can release fixes and improvements more quickly, so you benefit from updates sooner.
New features:
Report incidents on mobile: Report incidents directly from your mobile device, making it quicker and easier to record them as they happen.
Resolve actions immediately: Report and resolve an action assigned to you using a single form, making it easier to close the action while you’re on site.
Edit or delete newly created inspections: If you select the wrong question headings or enter incorrect details, you can edit or delete a newly created inspection.
What do you need to do?
The existing app will be retired on 31 August 2026.
Before then, please complete and submit any draft inspections or audits in the existing app. Any drafts that have not been completed may be lost when the app is retired.
Please use the new YellowJacket Mobile app for all new work going forward.

If you’re unsure how to do this, search your browser’s support pages for instructions on adding a website to your home screen.
For a commission to appear in YellowJacket Mobile, you must be associated with that commission in YellowJacket Desktop.
If a Commission Manager has added a commission to their portal but has not been associated with it, they won’t be able to access it in YellowJacket Mobile.
