BREEAM fees for the US and Canada

The fees included in this page apply to projects/assets located in the US and Canada and represent standard pricing as of March 1, 2025.

All pricing for BREEAM programs is published in formal fee sheets. 

Assets/projects located in the US are governed by FS130 (USA In-Use) and FS094 (INT New Construction and INT Refurbishment & Fit-Out). 

Assets/projects located in Canada are governed by FS094 (INT In-Use, INT New Construction and INT Refurbishment & Fit-Out). 

Prices in both FS130 and FS094 are set and charged in US Dollars for both countries. 

Assessment services fees charged by the Assessor Organisation are set and directly agreed with the Assessor Organisation. BRE does not appoint the Assessor or determine their fees and these are not included in the fees below.

Speak with a licensed or credentialed BREEAM professional to access FS094 or FS130 for the full scope of fees applicable for the relevant geography and assessment type. While the pricing on this page is correct at the time of publication, the pricing within the formal fee sheets shall prevail at the time of contracting for BREEAM services.

Mid-cycle Certification

Permits changes to the existing certificate (including adding a new Part, adjustments to the score, rating, basic building details or removal of Part) while maintaining the original certificate validity period.
