Failure: Recurrent mould growth on walls and ceilings
Defects: Inadequate thermal insulation, ventilation, or both, in relation to heating and usage of the dwelling; thermal capacity of walls too great for use with intermittent heating; possibly also thermal insulation reduced by wetting from rain penetration, rising damp, leaking water services, or interstitial condensation; thermal insulation discontinuous.
