The Lighting and Thermal (LT) Method, which is a BRECSU-sponsored tool for energy efficiency analysis, is intended to be used at the early design stages of non-domestic buildings. It offers a simple system for determining the energy efficiency of alternative plans, sections and elevations at the architectural sketch stage, before commitments have been made.
Produced by BRECSU in conjunction with Cambridge Architectural Research (CAR), and the Martin Centre for Architectural and Urban Studies, University of Cambridge.
