The purpose of this report is to record the information currently available about Telford steel clad dwellings (also known as 'Braithwaite' or 'Braithwaite Unit Frame'). It describes the form of construction and the condition of the structural components. The information has been gained from examination of four dwellings on three sites and is intended to assist owners and building surveyors in making an inspection and assessment of these properties.
