Defects: DPCs less than 150mm above finished ground level or paving; specified DPCs not wide enough to cover full wall or leaf thickness; DPCs bridged by pointing, rendering (or by debris in the cavity); no specified lap between DPC and DPM; DPMs not specified to be lapped or sealed; wrong choice of DPM
