FAILURE: Dampness and staining of ceilings, wetting of loft insulation; dampness in eaves and bargeboards; dampness in inner leaf of walls below 'clipped' eaves.
DEFECTS: Sarking felt not fitted closely around SVP; not properly lapped; not dressed out over eaves gutters and bargeboards.
