FAILURE: Water penetration into eaves construction, degradation of eaves construction materials, dampness in internal walls under 'clipped' eaves; dampness in bargeboards.
DEFECT : Sarking felt not supported at eaves to enable water to drain out over fascia and into gutter; sarking felt not carried over bargeboards.
