This Information Paper shares the knowledge that BRE has gained in the ongoing delivery of its own Innovation Park and its experience of working with partners and of other sustainable housing developments. It highlights the wider lessons that can be applied to new demonstration projects, such as those linked to proposed eco-developments that showcase energy-efficient homes and sustainable technologies. The aim of such projects is to support local businesses, developers, supply chains and training, as well as to inspire local people.
