Corrosion resistant floors. Part I: Design considerations.
THIS PUBLICATION HAS BEEN ARCHIVED.
Whilst this publication can still be purchased some of the information in it has been superseded by more recent research and standards. The purpose of this Digest is to discuss the particular problems of corrosion resistance that arise with reinforced concrete floors. Attention is directed primarily to suspended floors which can obviously become dangerous when the reinforcement is attacked, but much of what is said is equally applicable to solid ground floors where the problems of structural protection are less acute.
