BREEAM was first launched in 1990 to provide an environmental assessment and labelling scheme for buildings. It is updated periodically to ensure that the scheme continues to represent best practice. This publication describes the version for offices. It provides a background to the scheme and the benefits that it can give as well as describing the structure and content of the assessment process. 46 pages.
Although the document refers to BREEAM Offices 98, the main body of this report will still be applicable to the current version of BREEAM Offices.
