Page Description

Our leading expertise in building information management enables us to offer businesses a choice of routes to BIM certification.

Why choose BRE as your BIM certification partner?

Our UKAS accredited scheme certifies an organisation’s capability to input into the Information Management process for the delivery phase of appointments (e.g. projects) and produce outputs from that process.

Certification helps the supply chain demonstrate conformance to ISO 19650-2:2018, accelerating innovation and collaboration of clients and project teams.

Why choose BRE as your BIM certification partner?

Certification assures that you can demonstrate the capability to deliver Information Management services using BIM, aligning with ISO 19650-2:2018 and regional annexes. By following the requirements specified within ISO 19650-2:2018 and our scheme’s assessment criteria, BRE certification can help your business:

Remove the requirement for clients

  • Remove the requirement for clients to carry out repeated and varying BIM capability assessments and increase bidding opportunities.
  • Differentiate from the competition, demonstrating business-wide excellence.
  • Ensure your information management procedures and templates are aligned with ISO 19650 requirements.
  • Maintain quality through a regular audit programme which samples projects and confirms that the standards are applied correctly and consistently.
  • Reduce the resources needed to align disparate systems and improve collaboration.
