BREEAM fees for USA projects
View the registration and certification fees for each BREEAM USA program.
All pricing for BREEAM programs is published in formal fee sheets. Speak with a licensed or credentialed BREEAM professional to access FS094 or FS130 for the full scope of fees applicable for the relevant programs for US projects. While the pricing on this page is correct at the time of publication, the pricing within the formal fee sheets shall prevail at the time of contracting for BREEAM services.

Assessor fees
All assessments are required to be undertaken by a licensed BREEAM Assessor. BRE does not appoint the assessor or set their fees for services. Clients choose which Assessor Organization they wish to work with and directly negotiate the fees. Find an Assessor or get in touch and one of our team will provide support.
BREEAM USA In-use fees
Registration:
$1,200 per asset
Certification:
Part 1 Asset Performance: $1,500
Part 2 Management Performance: $1,500
BREEAM International New construction fees
Registration
Registration fee per assessment: $1,500
Certification
Certification fee per assessment, valid for registrations on or after April 1, 2023.
Non-residential developments:
Residential developments:
*The Total fee is also the fee charged and invoiced for submission of a Post Construction Assessment (PCA), i.e. an assessment that has not been submitted separately for Design and Post Construction Review stage certification. Mixed use assessments containing both residential dwellings and non-domestic buildings will be charged the higher rate as calculated for the assessment.

Registration
Registration fee per assessment: $1,500
Certification
Certification fee per assessment, valid for registrations on or after April 1, 2023.
Assessment size < 10,000 sq ft:
Assessment size ≥ 10,000 – < 50,000 sq ft:
Assessment size ≥ 50,000 – < 500,000 sq ft:
