Built in 2001 and located in Davis, CA, Plant and Environmental Sciences is a 3-story, 126,651 ft2 building that provides state-of- the-art facilities for research. Laboratories make up 80% of the building with the rest consisting of faculty offices from the Departments of Plant Sciences and Land, Air and Water Resources.

The Arcadia nursery is a new building located at the King’s Buildings Campus, Edinburgh and owned by the University of Edinburgh. The nursery caters for children aged from six weeks to five years, both for the staff and students of the University and also the wider community.

The New Horten Upper Secondary School (Horten VGS) will cater to 1.200 students ranging from 16 to 18 years old as well as 200 employees. The school will offer programs ranging from academic and vocational education, among them Sports, Academics, Health and Adolescence, Technology and Industrial Production, along with a department specializing in Work Life and Everyday Training for special needs students.

The first new building that LSE has commissioned in more than 40 years, the Centre was constructed on the site of the old St Philips building on Sheffield Street, next to the Peacock Theatre in central London.

Part-funded by a generous donation from GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), the building is a hub that will catalyse new collaborations with industry. It is the latest landmark development to be undertaken by the University of Nottingham on its Jubilee Campus, and is unique in the UK not only in its design but also in its focus on world-leading research activity in sustainable chemistry.
