An introduction to BREEAM
The BREEAM suite of schemes enables consistent and comparable assessment and verification across the entire built environment life cycle. It comprises six technical standards which apply to the different stages of a building or project’s life cycle.
BREEAM In-use
The BREEAM In-use standards provide a framework to enable property investors, owners, managers and occupiers to assess how sustainable their assets are and drive sustainable improvements. This creates opportunities for benchmarking, assurance and validation of operational asset data.
