Wereldhave achieves BREEAM Outstanding for Le Cap

Wereldhave’s Le Cap office building in the Saint Denis district of Paris has achieved a BREEAM Oustanding rating with a post-construction score of 91.5%.

This is the third office building to achieve BREEAM Outstanding in Wereldhave’s France portfolio, a reflection of the company’s commitment to providing high quality, sustainable space that meets tenant’s business needs. The 10,070 m2 U-shaped building has 5 floors and 2 underground floors, together with a 768m2 restaurant and large garden.
