These products and services are more important now than ever, and BRE has been working closely with industry stakeholders, including insurers, regulators, end-user clients and manufacturers, to ensure that the RedBookLive website remains fit-for-purpose.
We are pleased to announce that significant updates are coming to the RedBookLive website in 2023, aimed at improving the website’s functionality.
Once launched, the changes to RedBookLive will provide:
- A seamless browsing experience – the updated website will be visually appealing and optimised for ease of use.
- Intuitive search functionality – easily access all products and services through one search function, including new search filters.
- ‘My RedBook’ – the refreshed website will allow users to create a free ‘My RedBook’ account, meaning they can favourite listing searches and create personalised project folders. When a listing is favourited, it will become a live snapshot, ensuring that any changes, such as updated certificates or suspensions, are promptly reflected in the personalised folders, keeping users informed. ‘My RedBook’ will be fully compatible with mobile devices, allowing users to access favourited listings remotely, whether they are on-site, in meetings, or elsewhere, subject to having internet access.
We are thrilled to announce our upcoming website refresh, which marks a significant milestone in our commitment to delivering the best possible experience for specifiers, regulators, designers and end users of fire and security products and services. We believe that the changes will greatly benefit a range of stakeholders, by offering them an improved resource, and we look forward to continued support of the wider industry.
Cris Francis, Head of Assurance, BRE
All website functions will remain unchanged until the website refresh is complete, and the domain name will remain the same after the refresh.
We will provide further updates in the coming months, but if you have any questions at present then please contact our Customer Support team via [email protected].
