The client’s drivers were primarily to use Ceequal as a tool to constantly improve the environmental and sustainability work and to increase its sustainability standard between each contract.
The main savings in the project as a result of implementation of CEEQUAL is related to transport and reuse of masses which indirectly reduce the need for purchase and transport of materials for road construction from external quaries.
The project achieved a CEEQUAL Excellent rating. CEEQUAL enabled more discussions in the project group about sustainability which lead to a better understanding and a higher level of knowledge within the project.
