About the Project

The proposed Guangzhou Tianhe IKEA Store is located in No. 663, East Huangpu avenue, Tianhe district, Guangzhou, China. Mainly engaged in furniture and home supplies, the IKEA store is located in the 1st and 2nd floor Meilin MLive Commercial mall. The store coverage area is 19,743.23 m2. Ikea group is the project owner as well as occupier during the operation stage. Within the framework of the Ikea Group sustainability plan, the project is pursuing the Very Good Level of BREEAM certification, based on the BREEAM International Refurbishment & Fit-out 2015.
